A walk in the morning dew offer great health benefits.
Appreciated as it is in strong sunlight can give us a natural high and go after a big day, but the way of health benefits beyond that.
According Kneipp (1821-97), a German priest, walks in the morning dew, was regarded as a form of water therapy. Father Kneipp hydrotherapy won tuberculosis and the healing power of plants and other healing with this practice.
TraditionalFolklore tells us that young girls can wash your face in it to be beautiful, older people can do the same even younger.
Eastern traditions say that revitalizes and strengthens the body and can help with:
– Improved immune function
– Gives the body energy
– Supports the kidneys
– Helping nervous diseases
– Overcoming Stress
From an energy point of view that makes so much sense. These benefits are linked toThe first chakra, root chakra, behind the back (nervous system), kidneys and adrenal glands (stress hormones) and immune system. The root chakra is located in the pelvic floor and pull the energy of the earth. (Do not ya just love when the puzzle pieces together)
You can execute your strategy in the morning dew in two ways:
1). Take a random walk
2) not as a "healing spa treatment at home for yourself. And the following steps:
– Out continuesdawn
– Contain Ideal stopped wearing socks and
– Go to a clean area of grass not rocks, sticks or dirt
– Take your locked, even if it is cold and run in the area only a few minutes – you can even get up and move your feet around
– With the dew on your feet, shoes slip back and take a few minutes to a wider area
– Slowly the way you work longer (10 minutes) so if the weather is cool younot cold at the start
Like everything else – if you do so on a consistent basis, you can build strength and vitality promised in the body.
