5 Brilliant Rumi Quotes

I have a lot of favorite writers, but one that has a tendency to cause an increase of welcome of inspiration and renewal every time I read the works of Rumi. Rumi was a 13th century Persian poet (1207-1273). Although his original works were written in Persian, also translated into other languages and is still enjoyed by people of many countries – even seven centuries after his death! Such timeless writings hold true treasures of wisdom that we can rediscover and enjoy every time we are consideringthem.

With the idea that in mind, I want to share five lines of Rumi, which I think is really great. They are my personal favorites, and I shared some thoughts on why it speaks so powerfully to my heart – but do not take my word, I think, and let them talk. What knowledge do they have in their possession to you?

"Let the beauty and love is what you do. There are a thousand ways to kneel and kiss the ground."

This quote immediately moved meand a state of great passion and joy that can only come from following your heart! Every time I would kick of my shoes, grab a notebook and pen and voice out to the yard to write some poems to read. Not that I write poetry. Furthermore, it is winter here because my feet would get cold. But Rumi's words makes me want to do it again.

At a deeper level, this quote reminds me that true happiness comes from a purpose in life. Something that made us feel likework off – even if it only pays off for us. And I like that phrase, "kneel and kiss the ground" – makes us think thoughts of gratitude and appreciation for the good – everything. The world around us and all the inhabitants of humans to animals and plants, even the smallest insects. What miracles around us!

"When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy."

Many of us forget this simple wisdom rushesof our daily lives. We are so focused on what we should do, should do almost forgot to do – that we are ultimately the lives of our troubled mind instead the deepest place that makes everything as sacred.

Groped an experiment in the authority of the words of Rumi do: Pick a task, large or small, and do it from your soul. Take a spin and a comment on how to move your body slowly and with reverence. Brush your hair as if it were made of spun glass that might break if you sleep too much. Indulge yourself withsense of brush brush your scalp and gently massage your hair. Even simple tasks when you are done in a conscious state of mind, you wake up in a profound way that you will never be the same.

"Your task is to look for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it."

At the moment we are more aware of the strength of our thoughts and their role in shaping our physical reality, and this quoteis very revealing in this regard! Every time I read I remember that an error exists only in my mind is not. Everything I have enough, I just have to awaken the ways I connect from my mind. When I do, suddenly, everything is there before my eyes, as it always has been – but if I was willing to see it. This is true not only for love, but money, good health, happiness, inner peace, and much more.

"The universe and the stars comeme. "

I do not believe that Rumi was bragging about his own greatness of that line, but rather to share the insights that we all "give life" to our reality (our universe, really) through our perceptions. He may also be referred to the inspiration – I have often said that the written word "was taken from me at times, especially when they are in power" and the words just come out with a little 'editing on my part.

The liabilities side is the basis of ease and bitter thingsforerunners of pleasure. "

What a powerful message on this jewel! So often we are opposed to the difficult moments of life, and forget that this is an important service that we offer. That not only have a foundation and pave the way for better times later on, and help us become stronger, better people, so we can understand their pleasant experiences when they arrive.

When I look back on some of the most difficult times I had in life, I am really grateful for now. TheyI learned a lot about myself and have contributed to the person I was. I try hard to remember that when I find myself in difficult situations these days – makes it easier to bear.

Yes, this is what I love so much that the lines of Rumi, which offer a moment's delay, a glimmer of grace, and a friendly reminder that the hard times will pass and the sun will shine again. What can I ask?
